Placing an Order

Payment Options
Musician's Hut accepts the following U.S.-issued major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and debit or ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. Non-U.S. issued credit cards may also be accepted if proper identification is provided (see International Orders section below).

PayPal Express Checkout is available online. Select this option at the shopping cart page to use your PayPal account to securely pay for your online order. See more information about PayPal Express Checkout.

Google Checkout is also available online. Select this option at the shopping cart page to use your Google Checkout account to securely pay for your online order. See more information about Google Checkout.

We also accept cashier's checks, money orders, and personal checks (subject to restrictions). Online orders can be placed using the 'Send Check' option and an email with the mailing address and instructions will be sent to you. Items purchased with this option will be shipped after the funds are received, deposited and cleared.

You may also contact us to place an order by phone or with a Purchase Order Number. We do not accept cash or COD at this time.

Gift Certificates
Musician's Hut Gift Certificates are accepted for online orders. See more information on our gift certificates.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged only on orders shipping to Florida. Florida tax rates vary by shipping address zip code.

International Orders
We accept orders from international customers who are shipping to a U.S. address only. We do not ship outside the U.S. If you use an accepted international credit card (see accepted cards above) to place your order online you may be contacted via email for proof of identity and additional information. You may also use PayPal or Google Checkout to complete your order if you have a non-U.S. billing address (shipping address must be in the U.S.).

Order and Shipment Confirmations
MusiciansHut.com displays all available shipping rates before you submit an order (note: orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may incur additional shipping charges). You can always change your shipping method during checkout and the new rates will be displayed.

After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations from Musician's Hut. First, we will send an order confirmation within a few minutes of ordering. Later, when your order ships, we will send a ship confirmation email with tracking information.
