Musician's Hut Satisfaction Promise
If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from MusiciansHut.com you may return it within 30 days of purchase or invoice date to receive, at our sole discretion, an exchange or refund. Please review the Mail-In (RMA) Return Policy below for instructions on how to return items by mail. All returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice and must be in their original, undamaged packaging. Refunds or credits may not include original shipping and handling charges, regardless of whether those shipping and handling charges were paid in full or discounted through a 'Free Shipping' or other promotion.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items shipped to APO/FPO locations.
Shipping fees will not be refunded for shipments that are refused at time of delivery.
If an item purchased under our free shipping promotion is returned you will not be credited for the actual shipping costs (except in the case of shipping damage or a manufacturing defect covered under the product warranty). In other words, free shipping only applies if you keep the item.
Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will be posted to the original credit card used at the time of sale.
Non-refundable Products
Clearance products (including new, refurbished, b stock, and open box items) purchased from the Clearance section of MusiciansHut.com cannot be returned. Microphones, drum sticks, and drum heads cannot be returned.
Mail-In (RMA) Return Policy
To return a product you must first
Contact Us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). We will then email instructions to you, including the mailing address and shipping procedures and recommendations. RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from date of issuance. We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number. Please do NOT return items to the address listed on your original packing slip or box unless specifically instructed to do so. We ship from multiple locations and the item may or may not need to be returned to the same location from which it was shipped. Our support personnel will provide you with the correct return address.
To receive a refund or credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping and insurance pre-paid in "as new" condition, in original box and packaging, and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any variance from these conditions could result in delay or forfeiture of your refund. Shipping and insurance charges may not be refunded.
Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will be credited to the same card. Credits are issued only after receipt and inspection of returned goods.
All returns must be shipped prepaid. Shipping charges will be refunded for defective/damaged merchandise only. MusiciansHut.com will not accept the return or exchange of any item if the UPC code has been removed from the packaging.
We recommend you use a major carrier such as FedEx or UPS when returning merchandise and obtain a tracking number. Products returned without proof of delivery may result in forfeiture of your refund.

contact us to pre-qualify. Our representatives will be happy to walk you through the process. For your convenience, your information will be kept on file for future purchases.
