Shipping Policy

2009 Holiday Shipping Schedule
December 17th is the last day delivery can be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas Day using Ground Service (excludes some Zildjian, Marshall, and Dean products). We will make our best effort to ship all in-stock orders received by 2 pm on 12/17/2009 as soon as possible for guaranteed delivery before Christmas Day. Orders entered after 2 pm on 12/17/2009 may be shipped using Next Day Air, 3-Day or 2-Day delivery, with appropriate premium shipping charges (these options can be selected during checkout). Orders placed on or after 12/24/2009 may not be shipped until the after the new year. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Shipping Area, Schedule and Carriers
Musician's Hut offers UPS shipping to the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to APO/FPO locations, Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories at this time. All rates below apply during business days for UPS shipments, as well as shipments requiring USPS. Tracking numbers are provided when available from carrier. Shipments under ten pounds may be expedited via USPS First Class Mail. Orders over $100 may require signature at delivery.

Standard Ground Shipping Rates By Order Amount

• Up to $50.00: $7.99
• $50.01 to $99.00: $9.99
• $99.01 and Over: FREE*

Note: Order Amount is the merchandise subtotal, excluding taxes and other special charges.

Some oversized items such as drums sets may include a handling charge (see product description or shopping cart for details).

Premium Shipping Charges
Additional charges apply to all 3-Day, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air shipments. These charges vary by order value and product(s) ordered. Charges for each of these options are provided during checkout.

Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air orders placed Monday - Friday usually ship the next business day (some restrictions apply).

Alaska and Hawaii
Additional charges apply for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. These charges may not be calculated during checkout and customers may be contacted after placing an order to discuss shipping options and additional costs for Alaska and Hawaii shipments.

APO/FPO Shipments
We do not ship to APO or FPO military locations at this time.

International Shipments
We do not ship internationally at this time. We will ship to freight forwarding services in the U.S. If you do not have a freight forwarding service but know someone in the U.S. who can accept a package on your behalf and forward it to your final destination, you may take advantage of our free shipping promotion (see details below) to avoid paying twice for shipping. You may use PayPal or Google Checkout to complete your order if you have a non-U.S. billing address (shipping address must be in the U.S.).
